Zach did our house inspection, and he was incredible! Inspected and tested every inch of that house! Was very enthusiastic about the whole process and excitedly shared every bit of information he gathered. Gave an in-depth report at the end of the inspection and then emailed a copy, too . Will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs inspection and will be a returning customer.
Zach did the home inspection when we were buying our first home, and he was tremendous. He is extremely professional and thorough -- he went through every inch of the house and documented what he found with photos, and then give us a binder (ours was 80 pages long) and talked us through it We felt very fortunate and secure with him. While it's not awesome to hear what your house has wrong with it, I would rather know than not know, and I never had the sense that Zach was beating around the bush trying to spare our feelings or help the realtor out (although he is very, very nice, and funny). Again, he is a true professional, and we will look to use his services again in a few years to make sure our house is okay
