How do you go to your professional doctors office with sloppy headed medical assistants that look like they just rolled out of bed hungover. Or coming with wet ass hair that the back of their shirt is drenched. I would expect that a doctors office would hold their employees accountable to look decent for their public service. In a clinic setting you should be expected to see clean cut professional medical staff.
I had an appointment a couple months ago with Jessica for my child for our first visit. I had concerns and questions. I brought them up and she just dismissed my concerns. In my opinion if you don’t like you’re job don’t work there. Since then have switched clinics to get better care they need to make sure they are more caring.

They don’t care about patients. They don’t care about staff, they just care about making money. People shouldn’t be treated how they treat anyone that walks through their doors.
Great customer service. Every time I call, call center (Vanessa) has great customer service lots of care and attention to all my family’s health. Been coming here for many years my doctor Kristen is also very patient to explain and professional.

It should not take 8 hours for you to put in an order for blood work. I was promised a call back multiple times and never received one. Instructions from the hospital was to take blood work within 48 hours as a follow up. You guys have an in house lab and should be able to do it as I have had blood work done before with little to no
They have been great, untill now . I recently had to get a sameday urgent pediatric appointment and reception was great. But when the NP came in she proceeded to tell and show my nine year old all the spots that they were going to stick needles, in her very very sore toe. Now she is super scared to go to the doctor.
