Dr Ortega(I think that’s his name) is a very rude and uncomfortable doctor. He refused to give my 8 year old a piece of paper for him to take his cat with us to our new home when the cat is literally his support animal and makes him feel better. My son is super upset about it and I refuse to let some doctor make my son feel this way!
Genesis is always Awesome and makes me feel familiar. Daisy as well. They're great?

Dr. Winchell is AWESOME and my boys love him. Always very professional, honest, and courteous; we wouldn't take our boys anywhere else.
I highly recommend this clinic. I take my daughters here and they love it. Call center is always very friendly and so helpful. Receptionist are very welcoming and the providers are super knowledgeable. Overall this clinic is great.
My family and myself have been going here for years and years. And it's just been wonderful staff are great and even though we lost our doctor that we've had for so long got an amazing new doctor. And Genesis is by far the best person to talk to you on the phone she's so sweet and it really seems like they care about you there.
This is the best clinic in Salem! My kids enjoy coming because dr.Carterwall is so nice and funny. Also the call center is very nice and polite! Every time I call they’re so understanding and they care so much about getting an appointment as soon as possible for my little ones. I give this clinic a 5 stars! Thank you guys for taking
Ive been a patient in the clinic for years and the doctors I’ve had always make sure if I got any questions or concerns. The staff are so nice and all I got to say is I recommend anyone to come to this clinic.

My family and I have been patients here for years, highly recommend. The receptionists always have a smile on their face and make you feel very welcomed. The check in process is always very fast easy and professional. Lobby is always very neat and tidy.

I’m giving them a 3 just because people most of the time want to go during the weekend due to work and or transportation, there is transportation through medical but what if your paying out of pocket. Just saying maybe use weekends for “in general” instead for just one specific reason. Overall though I love the drs & staff. Very info
Jessica weeks is so amazing with children! The facility is clean and everyone is just amazing. They also have Koy fish which is a great distraction for my son while in the waiting area.
