I've been a patient here for decades. With the retirement of a couple of senior doctors, the patient services have declined immeasurably. I'm currently waiting (over 1/2 an hour now) in the building for an RX I called in 6 days ago. It seems there is an "assistant" with a need for power here.

I wanted to take the time to give some well deserved recognition to an amazing doctor at WFMC, Dr. Centerwall. Every time I have taken my son in for an appointment, he has been extremely thorough. The doctor has even made mention of how he stayed up late at night researching my son's condition, which is something that means the world

Take your children elsewhere. I have had to make too many calls and get the run around for the doctor to even send a prescription to my pharmacy. West Salem clinic and Salem pediatrics has been an amazing help.
It would be nice if WFMC would offer SHALLOW nose swabs to test for covid in CHILDREN..other providers have already been using them for some time and they are so much easier to get the test done without FEAR OF BEING HURT.
