Wow! 3 P's of Customer Service!

I just wanted to extend my thanks and appreciation to CJ in service for his expertise and for exceeding (my expectation anyway) the "3 P's" of customer service. The added convenience Western RV has made available by facilitating certain work to be done right away in the parking lot allowed me to meet this service technician in person. CJ was "Polite,Professional and Prompt" with the installation of a replacement DVD/stereo combo in our travel trailer and his obvious extensive electrical background makes him a valuable asset at Western RV. I also wanted to extend my thanks to Alysha Fedoruk at the front service desk too for her always polite, professional and prompt assistance whenever I have dealt with her. Western RV customers are fortunate to be able to work with both of you! Thank you!

    Great follow ups to make the sale!

    Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
