Worst experience

Total nightmare purchasing a brand new 40 foot 5th wheel from this company. Had excellent salesperson but as soon as we signed on the dotted line it went all downhill. They delivered our new RV to us and it had been broken in to on their lot - damaged throughout and TV stolen. This happened before we were even in possession of it. They didn't even check it before delivering it. The whole reason it was on their lot was to have some repairs made that we noted on our walk through. Not only was it delivered to us vandalized, but they didn't even do the repairs they were supposed to do. Eventually I was directed to deal with their Chief Operating Officer named Al Ryz. He told me he would take care of my concerns and call me back the following week. Never heard from him again. Will never use this company for any purpose again.
