warranty

I wonder where are all the bad reviews, we purchased a XLR toy hauler last summer and so far the only warranty I got was a repair to a door latch. Which was done by adding a longer tab instead of doing a proper repair. Every time I mention warranty and before they even look at it, it is denied. Seems like the saying is that its adjustments and you are past your 90 days so no warranty, where as this would have worked if you lived a bit closer than 500 km to the nearest dealer.
