Contacted Leduc Western RV for warranty work to which they do accept the insurance company for the unit. They would not accept my unit there because I didn't buy the unit from them. I will not buy a unit from this location in the future or recommend any of my acquantices to purchase from Western RV - Leduc. Will also issue a complaint to the insurance company with my issues from this dealer.
Thx to Keith for being patient and knowledgeable with helping us through our first rv purchase. We are looking forward to makings lots of family memories in our new RV.
Very good service, everything was clearly explained. Thank you Keith for all your help.
Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone here, particularly Denis, Audrey and Randi
