Very Dissatisfied - Will NOT recommend

We dropped our Fifth Wheel off mid October 2015 for warranty work. The Fifth Wheel had to go to the manufacturer in the U.S. and did not get sent down until February 2016. Today is June 28th, 2016 and we STILL do NOT have our trailer back nor do we have any idea WHEN we will get it back! We are paying $4000 for a seasonal lot that we aren't able to use and my husband is having to rent a trailer to go to work when he is working 20 minutes away from our seasonal lot! They haven't once even offered us loaner trailer!! We have had to email the manufacturer ourselves and try to find out what is happening as the service department at Western RV doesn't seem too interested in finding out for us! We have bought 4 trailers from Western RV and have referred numerous people there, but we will not do either anymore! Be aware - they don't care!!

    Great follow ups to make the sale!

    Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
