Purchased new unit in Grande Prairie and brought the unit back to Kamloops, B.C. This trailer has never seen winter road conditions, but in less than 1 year the complete undercarriage is all rust. The steps, jacks, frame and all steel is completely rusty. This is suppose to be a powder coated chassis and warranty just wants to give it a spray bomb of tremclad. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Quote from service manager......welcome to the R.V. world

Very good service, everything was clearly explained. Thank you Keith for all your help.
Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone here, particularly Denis, Audrey and Randi
