truely dissapointed

I tried to buy a trailer at the Airdrie store. The salesman and I discussed pricing and we were reasonably close so the salesman asked for a $500.00 deposit to deal in good faith. I agreed and paid the $500.00. Then when we started dealing on paper I was told they would not budge on the price and I had to pay for batteries and PDI of a used trailer. I am not sure how that is dealing in good faith. When I asked for a refund of my deposit it took over an hour to get it back. and I was assured I made a mistake. I drove to another dealer and bought there that same day. I would never recommend Western RV to anyone and if asked I send my friends to where I bought. I was totally annoyed by this salesman and manager.
