Service question answered

We were having service issues with an RV dealership in Calgary. They didn't seem to want to answer our questions regarding some servicing I can do myself. They would rather charge us an astonishing amount of money to do it. After still not getting the answers or the customer service we paid for in the expensive extended warranty I called Western RV...they sell the same trailer we have. After talking to Chico in the service department he looked into it and the next day had all the answers for us...outstanding service..Thanks so much for your understanding and professionalism.     Great follow ups to make the sale!
