Marvin, Sabrina, Ivan and Peter made what could have been a bad experience great! Thank you so much for your time and patience.

We took our brookstone in for warranty work in Kelowna and although we did not buy our fifth wheel from this location they treated us like we had by providing timely, professional work. The service team Definately went or of their way to answer questions and fix both big and small problems! We felt like we were among friends with quality service. They know their business inside and out and are able to explain in terms we were able to understand wirh humor and patience. Thank you so much.. We love our new brookstone

Great follow ups to make the sale!

Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
