We recently purchased a travel trailer from Frank at Western RV, and had a very positive experience. We arrived just before closing time, but Frank was happy to stay and answer all of our questions, and guide us in the right direction. Our positive experience continued through to the service department when we took delivery as well as follow up questions I had as a first time trailer buyer. I highly recommend Western RV.
Thx to Keith for being patient and knowledgeable with helping us through our first rv purchase. We are looking forward to makings lots of family memories in our new RV.
Very good service, everything was clearly explained. Thank you Keith for all your help.
Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone here, particularly Denis, Audrey and Randi
Excellent service, prompt reply, great customer service from Keith. Would recommend to all my family and friends. Again thank you for all your services.
