The way I was treated with finance was poor went to my bank Did not respond to phone calls My trailer was not ready when asked As a woman purchasing Brad new RV. Poor service I was a week late were I was booked and paid for at the camp site Now I'm on my trip needed major peoce fixed on my RV and once again the poor service from Western RV in Okotoks I paid myself $400.00 for repair 4 days into my holidays I have nothing good to say about this Western RV in Okotoks
Thx to Keith for being patient and knowledgeable with helping us through our first rv purchase. We are looking forward to makings lots of family memories in our new RV.
