Could of actually cared about me and my trailer. Had broken promises from the owner and the guys in the services. Expected my Trailer out of repairs 6 weeks ago. And still no answer when they will fix it. The sad part is they have the parts and the trailer. Will Never step foot in another western rv. Will pay to get something fix even if its under the warranty. That's how much I don't want to deal with them. They don't care about the customer
