a breath of fresh air

having a very bad experience when purchasing our tent trailer from another company (NOT WESTERN RV) I needed to get repairs done to the tent wall. Fully expecting to be brushed aside because this is only a TENT TRAILER I was very impressed as to the service I received when calling and explaining what happened. From the moment I started dealing with Lethbridge location I was treated with friendly and helpful people who went out of their way to make my experience wonderful.
Thank you for all your help and assistance.
Great follow ups to make the sale!

Great thanks to Keith and Aniz for helping us to get into new trailer. If Aniz and Keith hasn't phoned, we wouldn't have found our new trailer. Happy to refer all my family and friends to those two great guys! Thanks again.
