Christine with Valley Ins was extremely through and confident when dealing with the marketplace. She went above and beyond to be sure my application was correct so there would be no issues with my eligibility.
I had such dread prior to my appointment. I was expecting some dull and dreary monotone agent with the personality of an anvil. Who did I actually get? Well let me tell you. CHRISTINE!!!!!! What a breath of fresh air she was and so very personable. She made the entire appointment fly by and I actually didnât want it to end. She was extremely knowledgeable, knew her âstuffâ and answered ALL my questions with wit and accuracy. Five Stars ?? for Christine! Oh and a BIG raise. (Iâll be checking back on this.)

Excellent help from Kristeen Davis, I am no longer pulling my hair out in frustration. The enrollment went smooth, fast, and very informative. Now I understand the various agencies involved in my enrollment process, all thanks to Kristeen Davis at Valley Insurance Professionals. I will continue association with this company for further action needed in maintaining & enrolling for my health care.

I contacted Lisa Schneider to help me get insured after a move to Oregon from California. âAbove and beyondâ doesnât begin to cover the service I received. She was thorough in her knowledge and expertise and when there was a problem processing my application through Oregonâs ACA marketplace and all seemed lost, she did all the extra footwork required to figure it all out and make sure I had a policy I was happy with. Will 100% be using again and referring to friends and family.
