My first experience with Urbane was a haircut by Lilly and she did a fantastic job. I often feel like stylists “go through the motions” when cutting my hair because I have a pretty basic style, but she was thoughtful and meticulous. She styled my hair knowing that I typically air dry it, keeping in mind how my hair would naturally lay with minimal styling on a regular basis. She was also friendly and a great conversationalist. The salon was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back!

UPDATE: Got my 2nd hair appointment with Shelby, and once again she did not disappoint. I requested for a lighter shade of Balayage this round, and asked her to do some layers while keeping my current hair length. She did an amazing job, and made sure my requests were precisely done. I’m so happy, and already got my appointment booked ahead of time. I totally recommend Urbane Salon and Day Spa for your beauty needs! They only won’t beautify you, but the staff are all very professional and friendly as well!😊
Got my first appointment with Urbane Salon & Day Spa this morning, for a cut and balayage appointment with Shelby. The experience was awesome and she did a great job! I love how friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable she is. I definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely come back for an another appointment in the future.
