I've banked with Umpqua for 12 years and it's been a pleasant experience. The bank tellers are ultra hospitable. I feel secure putting my hard earned dollars in there.

I've always had great service at Umpqua Bank. This visit was no exception. The teller (I think her name was Janelle) was very efficient and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly my business was conducted while having a friendly chat.
