I LOVE the staff at US BANK in Lebanon!!! They are always sweet and kind and know my name when I walk in. Karlee Carlson the teller coordinator is professional and sweet, she always takes good care of me and my husband making us feel like we are special and our business at the bank is important. We can't judge these hard working ladies based upon policies of the bank they didn't make but are merely employed to enforce. It's rare you find an establishment these days who employ folks with so much heart.
