The five Partners of Tradition Real Estate had an opportunity to do something different. An opportunity to own a Brokerage and do it together. While working at the same Brokerage where they had collectively spent 21 years, a merger was announced. As the saying goes, opportunity knocks but once. On July 1st 2020, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Tradition Real Estate Partners kicked off.
There was a desire to stay small, keep a local brand and be in control of the culture of the brokerage. A culture that thrives on a cooperative (“co-op”) structure where all parties contribute in the financial support, knowledge and experience to the project. They have come together as partners for what they truly are: invaluable assets. They saw the skills of each other and knew that partnering with others that can do what they cannot will allow their business to reach an even higher potential. It’s the unique mix and match of Residential & Commercial representation that is powerful.
