I Sold 3 Tax Lots and Closed with Ticor.Title in Salem. Ticor's Portion of the Sale Was Handled Very Poorly.

I sold 3 tax lots and closed with Ticor.Title in Salem. When I checked, Ticor Title had the wrong tax lots listed and they included two (2) additional tax lots that were not in the sales agreement. I informed them of the problem about 90 days ago. They have still not addressed the problem - wrong tax lots titled to Buyers and other tax lots titled wrong. When I check Multnomah County online, I see the Buyers own property that were not in the sales agreement. In addition, Ticor did not include a Quit Claim Deed that included a PGE easement. I supplied Ticor this document. When I brought it to Ticor's attention, first they told me that it was unnecessary. I insisted that Ticor review this document. Ticor then found that they had missed the easement portion of the document. The Seller's Broker and I (the Seller) have called and emailed the Escrow Officer. She will not return calls or emails. From my experience with Ticor, I would not recommend Ticor Title Wrong tax lots sold! Tax lots not sold are in the Buyers name! Title search did not find important documents! Escrow Officer will not return emails of phone calls! I rate one (1) star because I could not give less than one (1) star!
