This is hands down the best UPS location I've ever been to out of all the states I've lived in. Every employee is so kind, helpful and understanding, whether they've just opened, a few minutes before close, a line nearly out the door, rain or shine, I can always expect to be taken care of and the friendliness is just a bonus. I have gone in with complicated shipping situations, had weird questions and they are so good at listening and providing excellent assistance and options. I greatly appreciate their expertise and consistency in the way they treat their customers, it's nice to feel valued!
