My experience here was fantastic! The appointment was seamless and thorough and I felt like my needs were fully met. Picking frames was the best! They got some input from me on style preference and pulled some amazing options for me to choose from that fit my face and personality perfectly, instead of having me aimlessly search around by myself. My expectations were more than exceeded and I have definitely found a new oculist! I've already taken another pair of old frames to them to have them fitted with my new prescription and their superior lenses. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time here and the staff is not only very kind and not aggressive with sales pitches, but they are also knowledgeable and attentive. I brought someone with me who is on crutches and they helped her get seated comfortably and offered refreshments, good people. I've found my new optometrist and they're so close by, they're across Bone! and Aloft Hotel, use navigation for your first visit as it is in a smaller building on a street with larger buildings so it can be confusing.
The exam process went very smoothly, no different than any others I've had but they have the latest and greatest ocular machines to help you get checked out quicker and more accurately. I highly recommend getting your retinal imaging done on every checkup, no PCP or GP is going to do that for your health, so pay the $40 and make sure your eyes aren't degenerating or worse.
They have one optometrist there so I could see people waiting to get exams done if it were more crowded. The aisles are wide so there is plenty of space to move around while you browse frames.
Their frames selection is solid as well, they don't have dozens of brands but the selection they have curated is more than sufficient for the plain frame wearers up to the adventurous type (like me). They let me take my time and gave me very practical opinions on how particular frames looked on me and what styles to consider for my face shape. I was so satisfied with their selection and assistance I bought two very nice frames.
