Thanks for Nothing

I ordered 14 shirts for $320 letting them know it was an emergency for a funeral. The girl said it should be a problem and with be ready before friday, “the funeral day”. I called Thursday to confirm pick up time she said friday 10 AM. Upon arrival the girl said come back in 30 minutes; after spending 45 minutes wondering downtown I came back to pick up. That’s when she said oh im only halfway done and proceeded to give me a leangthy story. I had politely said “I just need to know when I can pick up my shirts.” I was responded with an “I don’t know.” I figured I wasn’t going to receive what I paid 300 dollars for that day but need to see my brother for the last time. Five minutes after leaving downtown I get a call from the manager saying “we are working very hard on the order and please do not come back until we call you to pick up.” I had no words or energy having to mentally prepare myself for my brothers funeral. Once I had received the shirts and 5 out of 14 of the shirt were complete trash I then realized this was just retaliation for a simple miscommunication. And not me as a Mexican American am being accused of being against BLM.
