All of the contacts I've had over the span of many, many years with the people of Ted Ferry's agency have been incredibly pleasant. They are prompt, helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Their billings are always accurate. I NEVER feel that I've been "through the mill" after contact with them, even when presenting a claim or making inquiry about a potential claim. A special shout-out to Hannah who always and immediately goes above and beyond at any request I have ever presented.
