The service has been wonderful for the most part. Nice and close to home. Only downside is the top two tier beds can only be used one at a time, so it gets backed-up at times.

I just moved to the area 3 months ago and have been tanning at this location every week… While they do seem a little behind on keeping this location up to date and well run, the employees are always super nice, kind, and helpful. I have loved tanning in the past, but this place has ruined it for me. They can only run one of their high level beds one at a time.their machines are so old and get so hot they have to have other fans blowing on them to cool down, and even still you have to wait an extra 10 mins before you can get in and turn on due to heat. Service was wonderful. Sweet girl up front. The spray tan machine is trash. Won't ever do that again. How humiliating to pay money for a tan and come out looking like a weird, discolored, patchy fool. Next time, I'll go to a person instead of a machine.

I came in today wanting to start a tanning package. I am not yet in the system so instead of taking the time to put me in the system the gal working let up to 8 or even a few more people go before me. I was waiting for over 30 mins still with no help and the people filing in from outside were getting helped. I ended up leaving.

We waited for 20 minutes and she kept helping people who were in the system then finally got me in and after that she was having my friend wait for people who were in their system and after about 45 minutes I got to tan and my friend still was unable to get in their system and tan.
