Instead of yelling at everyone who walks in the door, how about posting a sign that says no more then 3 people in lobby at a time. Also, when I pay$110 for an ENTIRE month, I expect it to go the entire month, not 30 days only.

We use the Redmond location for several months each year. Often the beds are out of service. For multiple weeks in a row one bed had partial bulbs burnt out, the staff knew and still put you in that bed. I went to cancel was advised I could indefinitely freeze my account with zero penalties. Literally more than twice the price of the place I have been going for years. $125 vs. $55 for 10 high pressure tans. I went once for one tan, ended up paying something like $26! It's not fancy enough to warrant these prices, it's a tiny place in a strip mall. I'm sad that there are not currently and good options in town. Can't wait

Can this location please get a new spray tan booth? It starts up like a rocket launch or a microwave, and takes 20 minutes to finally spray unevenly. I’ve never seen such an outdated, run down spray booth. I love the prices of Tan Republic, but cmon, a new spray booth is needed.

If i could give zero stars i would. This is the worst spray tan I've ever had in my life. Not only is there no light in the booth, so it's pretty much pitch black in the booth, but there was no handle on the inside of the door to shut it. And supposedly it was on the lightest setting yet i walked out instantly looking like an oompa l
