The employees are friendly, but the facility is sub-par. There is only 1 new and the most popular bed. Because of its popularity, it is seldom available without a wait. The other beds are lower grade and need to be replaced... broken displays, broken buttons... The red-light bed has a broken lid. If it wasn't the only game in town

Signed up, no one showed us how to do anything. Forgot our peepers pur first time in, both bought new ones. 2nd time in, there was a 5 dollar balance, wouldn't allow me to tan. Ruined our experience. I found it very unfriendly and unhelpful and not excited to return.

Just because you're having staffing issues doesn't mean you should close down early. We still pay and can't all tan during the day! Maybe if the owner was a little nicer to employees

3/9/22 The self tanning booth was broken. It seems that their self tanning equipment is broken or “down” frequently.
