T-Mobile

As a Sprint customer for a great number of years it was/is difficult to convert to T-Mobile however I’ve never been disappointed with their customer service, which is very important to me. This visit was pleasant and I love that when I’m being helped I’m never rushed through. Their attention is on me and my needs even though there are other customers eager for their attention.

Have been with T-Mobile for 2 years and this has been by far our best experience. Amber was amazing and helped us get the best deals! The service has been great for us! Thank you T-Mobile and thank you Amber for the awesome customer service!

Fantastic customer service. Amber was great to work with, we traded 2 older phones and it took a while for her to get everything set up. As she was working with us, other customers came into the store, she greeted everyone and told them there would be a longer wait than usual. During this time she never rushed through our set up or made us feel like we were imposing on her time. If you want great customer service be sure to visit this branch.
