Good and Bad

needed a pre-purchase inspection and/or estimate on a home we were considering buying. Got the estimate in just a few days after making the request. Had a few questions and my call was returned promptly and questions answered. A few days later the home was purchased and called to confirm having the roof replaced. That was in November and was told work would be done early spring. I assumed that was due to weather. From that point on calling with questions and getting someone to return my call was horrible. I called numerous times and usually had to call more than once before getting a response. I was talking to the same person each time (Dennis) which I assumed was the way they wanted it done. Finally in late March when I asked about an update on install time I was told Dennis has nothing to do with anything but the estimate and he would have someone else call me!! A couple of days later my wife called ( I was tired of it all ) and advised them that if they didn't call back we would find another company to which we promptly got a call and an install date. The install crew was awesome, professional, courteous, and did everything that the estimate said they would do. They completed the work in two days and 48 hours after that it rained and I had a leak in my garage dripping down onto my car. They promptly returned and after I showed them where the leak was and what cause it they replaced all 15 of the new vents that they had just installed as they were the wrong ones. If my garage had an enclosed ceiling I may have had 15 small leaks that I never could have seen till it was to late. I would give the install crew a 5 star but the rest a 1 star.
