Excellent Customer Service from Beginning to End.
Good afternoon Dennis,
I hope you are well and having a great day. I greatly appreciate working with you and the Stutzman & Kropf team to install a new roof on our home. The customer service through all aspects of the job are excellent. I realize the roof was installed in July of this year and my feedback may seem tardy. However, Oregon doesn't receive much rain in the summer months and I wasn't sure about the roof's water tight integrity. The roof has done an excellent job of keeping out the weather and the home is overall more quiet than the old roof.
As the ultimate compliment, I look forward to working with you and the Stutzman & Kropf team next summer to install new siding, paint, and gutters on our home. I am no longer nervous about having a contractor work on my home. I know when you are on the job we will get excellent customer service. Stutzman & Kropf are the best!
