Stedfast Heat & Air

Stedfast did the semi-annual maintenance on my geo-thermal unit today. Tanner, the technician, did an excellent job. Found a problem we were not aware of corrected it. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with Stedfast for probably 25 years and they continue to be excellent. Highly recommend them.

The technician who came for the spring servicing was the best we’ve ever had from Steadfast. Ha was competent, friendly and thorough. Automatic calling for the service plan is hit and miss. Technician corrected an over charged system, and provided a complete cleaning of the coil fins. Thanks!

Tanner was my tech that came over and and he's very professional at his job because he fixed my Air conditioning by adding Freon and checked everything else to make sure there was no other issues and yes he found another issue as to why I was losing freon and addressed it with me and had the Lady that works there figure out the cost of everything and she gave me a quote to get it fixed before I really have no air conditioner at all.
