At the most inconvenient time a bolt broke on the steering of our scissor lift. I thought, Star Rentals rents these lifts. I wonder if they can help? I went over and Nick came out from the back and went over the top to accomodate and help me out of my situation. It says a lot about a business when their customer service goes beyond expectations. I will be renting my next piece of equipment from Star Rentals. Thank you Nick!

The guys are super friendly and helpful. Great place for various equipment rental. Appreciate the pleasant experience!
Everything was great just don't forget to put gas back in what you rent. It's about $5 a gallon if they do it.
