Within the last year we bought a new build in a Stafford community. We had an issue with the furnace drastically inflating our power bill and Stafford has been beyond helpful (even after closing on our new place) in helping us get it resolved. Also, our inspector was very impressed with the quality of the home. So far, so good!

There were some details about the house I wanted to know so contacted Stafford Homes, not really expecting a call back. But they did get back to me with what I needed and gave great customer service.
