I’ve gone into this store 2-3 times so far, for different interior organization projects and to get lumber to build a temporary bed frame. The customer service and the knowledge the employees have taught me is incomparable to any other lumber business I’ve been to. That includes lumber companies up and down the Oregon coast, Corvallis, and Albany. I’m a young twenties blonde lady who knows enough about diy to get what I need In materials and learn as I go, but the employees here taught me about different types of lumber, probed for questions about my needs to educate me further, treated me with absolute respect, and humored me all at the same time. The tall gentleman usually at the register is my favorite, I wish I would’ve got his name! (If you’re reading this, sorry I tried to woodsplain what growth rings are! I’m kinda awkward with communicating what I need sometimes, especially when I don’t know the common verbiage for lumber terms! It gave me a good laugh and actually inspired me to finally write this review haha!) I’ve never felt so empowered and encouraged by a business before.The employees are A+++ and the prices are great, they fluctuate with the market to stay competitive, and from a business standpoint, that’s very respectable. I will be returning to this business for my every need from now on because the customer service is THAT good. Not to mention the quality of the lumber, the variety of selection, and the free giggles I get every time I visit. Supporting our smaller businesses is important, especially in today’s crazy times. You‘ve got a lifetime customer for life! Thank you for your amazing service! I’ll be back shortly for more lumber needs.
