If you want to get the most money for your place use Joe. He told me everything that I didn’t want to hear when we first met but he knew what he was talking about and I listened to him. He negotiated 7 offers above asking price and got me 66k over asking price and got a second offer to raise their asking price to 66k to be in standby if the first offer fell through. He incredibly responsive, the longest I waited was 10 minutes for a reply back. All along the way he was just a ruthless negotiator and I have been in sales my entire life and it takes a lot to impress me. He is the best, he has full plate of deals going at one time but he makes you feel like you are his only deal.
