I really appreciate their service. I bought two rather expensive couches that receive heavy use and Sid’s is still helping with parts and service almost 10 years later. Often for no charge even though the units are well past any warranty coverage. Much appreciated.

I have had excellent customer service from Sid's. I purchased a bed about 7 weeks ago that has not been satisfactory and they are replacing it at no cost.
