I went to Sids looking for a dining room table and was greeted by Joanna. She had a warm welcome and great attention to all of my needs. We worked together breifely but ultimately she provided me with the best advise and customer service. I highly reccomend her to anyone looking to add quity furniture for years to come.
Great and knowledgeable staff. Large selection of items as well, with ability to custom order pieces. These include a range of woods and stains to choose from. Staff is caring and thoughtful, and takes the time to help the customer get it right.
Spent thousands of dollars here, but they only care about customer service before you’ve completed your purchase, and you’re nothing to them after. store was packed but clean, nice selection of furnishings and accessories. amish pieces upstairs were pricey but amazing. didn't care for the salesperson, though, seems more intent on making sure we knew how awesome he was than letting us look at furniture.
