*** Update Below *** Where do I start? This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They do not know the first thing about water remediation. Zero communication, missed appointments, damaged our new Ping-Pong table, the workers roam your house looking in all the rooms upstairs that had nothing to do with the water damage (can only assume what they were looking to do), quoted $6k for the job sent insurance an invoice for $7k. All they did was put 15 or so floor fans out and 3 dehumidifiers, didn't remove the wet sheetrock, insulation, drill holes in the cabinets, etc. ***Update*** Calvin reached out to us and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisficed. The job didn't go well but Calvin's customer service and follow up shows me that Denton Servpro will make it right and values their customers. I would give them another chance in the future.

The team at Servpro of Moore were wonderful to work with and they responded so quickly. From my initial call Derek was headed our way within the hour to start the initial workup on the amount of water damage. Debra and Crystal were extremely helpful and explained the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommend this company!

My nursing facility was hit by the April 19th, 2023 tornado n ServPro was there within 2-3 hours. I was amazed. Derrick & Summer were great to work with. They kept me updated on everything. I can’t say enough good about the company. Very professional!!
