*** Update Below *** Where do I start? This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They do not know the first thing about water remediation. Zero communication, missed appointments, damaged our new Ping-Pong table, the workers roam your house looking in all the rooms upstairs that had nothing to do with the water damage (can only assume what they were looking to do), quoted $6k for the job sent insurance an invoice for $7k. All they did was put 15 or so floor fans out and 3 dehumidifiers, didn't remove the wet sheetrock, insulation, drill holes in the cabinets, etc. ***Update*** Calvin reached out to us and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisficed. The job didn't go well but Calvin's customer service and follow up shows me that Denton Servpro will make it right and values their customers. I would give them another chance in the future.
