I came in to buy my usual. Jet Black Hair Dye and Developer. The sales associate recommended a certain color and asked me what the purpose of dying my roots is (covering grey hair.. etc) For what I'm needing the color for, she actually advised me to get a different developer this time and explained the reasons for that in detail. She knew her product well. She also informed me about all discounts that Sally has and was very informative. She did a great job and I will be seeking for her next time I come in. I was leaving the store feeling in good hands and happy about her customer service! She was great! I wish I knew her name- she should get a promotion or something =) (Blonde shoulder length hair with currently blue ends) Super awesome employee!
