My partner and I do acroyoga and personal training with Peter, who is awesome. For personal training, Peter is very knowledgeable and has provided my partner with some exercises to get out of knee pain. He’s also energetic and funny, which helps the hour of intense exercise fly by. Also, kids are welcome to hang out while you do personal training. My toddler has a great time lifting 2lbs weights and watching us work out. It’s great being able to work out without having to find a sitter for my little one. The acroyoga classes are amazing too. Everyone is cool and there’s lots of laughter. We always look forward to class and feel better after class ends. I highly recommend Rise Up.
