I am so impressed with the attention to detail that this company took during a home inspection on a home I wanted to purchase as my private property. They were very professional and easy to work with. They were a critical piece in my decision making and saved me from buying a home that I could have lost my life savings in. Rarely do you find a company that cares as much as they do. I also buy and flip homes and will keep this company as part of my team. I welcome the knowledge to get a handle on any home I’m going to sell so I can be sure I’m selling a home in good condition that will ultimately give me happy homeowners, and hopefully plenty of referrals.
