I would 100% recommend Rob and his team! My parents were looking to relocate to OK from CA and also are on a fixed income. I contacted Rob (after hours) and he called me right back! We set up a visit with him and flew out to meet him and see some homes. We sent him a list of what we wanted to see so he showed us those and some other properties that we had not originally asked about. Well he seemed to know what we were looking for because the house my parents ended up putting an offer on was one of the houses he had suggested. He helped us find a home and then helped us find a good finance company (gateway) that took care of us quickly efficiently! Not only did he facilitate this but he was also there to take care of the inspection and any other aspects of the process that we were not able to handle due to living out of state. I am so grateful for the transparency Rob offered though all of this. This has been the easiest home buying process we have ever been through. I felt like they held our hand throughout the whole thing.
