Christie Pendley went above and beyond so many times. For instance, our house was empty and we live 80 miles away. When a sudden freeze was predicted she opened under the sink cupboards, checked outside pipes AND contacted us to see if there was anything else she could do. Just one of several "above and beyond" self instigated services she provided. Her communications were timely and her guidance and feedback were always professional. She was consistently caring, knowledgeable, attentive and professional.
