We rescued a juvenile Savannah Monitor yesterday. We drove down from Puyallup, Wa. I would do it again. They were so accommodating even coming in when closed to help us out. Chompers (monitor) is healthy and happy. He slept on my wife’s lap most of the way home. They also made sure we had everything necessary to take care of him. I cannot recommend Ramsdell Reptile enough!
I did not adopt or surrender a reptile from Ramsdell reptile rescue but I did reach out to them for advice on finding a new home for my two young bearded dragons. We don’t know any other reptile owners in the state and didn’t know where to go. We reached out and they told me about a few Facebook groups and what to post. They even told me that if I’d like, they’d take my animals and find them a good home if I wanted to go that route aswell. Their advice was great and have already found future homes for my two young bearded dragons. Thank you Ramsdell Reptile rescue for your help and quick responses. Im also waiting for them to relocate to their new facility so my family and I can take a tour of their facility and potentially volunteer some of our time.
