Justin made things very easy and calmed me down a lot in a very tough situation. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with something as unpredictable and stressful as bed bugs. He also took all of my phone calls even when I could tell I was being annoying and made sure I was aware of the process and what to expect. I will use them for any future exterminator needs in the future.
