Back in July I had a problem with paper wasps in my vents and reached out to neighbors for a recommended pest control company. Many replied with Peeler Environmental and I decided to give them a chance after poor customer service from another pest control company a few years ago. Vance came out and did a tremendous job not only taking care of the wasps, but also treated my entire house and perimeter. Vance also took the time to answer all of my questions and I was so impressed with the service, I signed up for their quarterly treatment program. The communication with Shannon regarding appointments and follow up has been great, as is the communication with Vance. Highly recommended!

Heath Taylor did my annual termite inspection this year. Not only did he inspect for termites, he brushed cobwebs, sprayed for ants, and left rodent bait in my crawlspace. He explained everything to me and I couldn't have been treated better. I felt as if I were part of his own family.

Vance has been my service advisor for some time now. He arrives early after letting me know he is on his way. Vance always does a complete visual inspection of all areas before any treatment is completed. Since I am sensitive to chemicals, I am always told what is being used for any treatment and Vance makes sure to use as few or as little spray material as possible. Today was a last minute necessary service call to remove a wasp nest from underneath the roof of my front porch. Since the call was last minute and not scheduled, Vance came by on his lunch break time to remove the nest, do a visual inspection and treat the area where the nest was.Can't remember the last time a service provider was so prompt to complete a service call and gave up their personal time to help me out. Peeler is a five star company. Staff is courteous, prompt and well trained. Recommended without reservation!!

Mark is the best service man period. I was unable to get him for a couple of years- and so thrilled he is back on my schedule. I was not serviced as well by anyone else. Mark is simply the best— most thorough- and beyond courteous. I absolutely don’t want anyone but Mark Trexler. He gets the results!
